In most cases, no. However, there are exceptions. Properties located in historic districts, particularly in older neighborhoods closer to downtown Indianapolis, may have additional requirements. Some HOA communities also have their own rules about which trees can be removed or modified. We are familiar with these considerations and can help you navigate them during the estimate process.

Yes. We work with landscaping and lawn care companies throughout the Indianapolis area as a subcontractor for tree jobs that require specialized equipment or crew. If you have a client with a tree job that is outside your scope, call us.

No, we never ask for a deposit or upfront payment. We believe in earning your trust, which means payment is only collected once the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the work.

We primarily serve Indianapolis and the surrounding communities within a reasonable driving distance from our home base in Fortville (such as Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, and Geist). To ensure we provide the most reliable and timely service to our customers, we generally do not travel hours away for projects.

Yes. We work with HOA boards and property management companies to set up scheduled maintenance for common areas. Fall and winter are typically the best times to get on the schedule for the upcoming year.

Because every tree, property line, and situation is unique, we don’t have a flat rate. We quote each job individually to ensure fair, consistent pricing. Our estimates include everything from start to finish—including hauling away all debris, so you won’t see any surprise fees later.

Most commercial jobs are scheduled within 10 days of estimate approval. If you have a specific deadline or urgency, let us know when you reach out and we will do our best to accommodate it.

We make it easy for you. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.

We haul everything away and rake the area clean. We can also leave wood for firewood if requested.
